Eric is an award-winning brand leader. He has been helping brands develop and define their voice for over two decades. Our world is consistently changing, but his love for creativity and problem-solving hasn't. It's in environments like these where he truly thrives. He's currently the CMO at the nation's largest retail mortgage lender, CrossCountry Mortgage.

Eric's been a consumer-first, purpose-driven, culture-motivated brand builder with a record of innovation in strategy and creativity. He is an analytical big-picture thinker who navigates complex organizations, builds trust with senior key leadership, and executes unique solutions and opportunities for all projects. Eric truly has the expertise for creating and inspiring world-class teams that have been awarded the most prestigious industry honors including multiple awards from each of the following shows: Cannes Lions (including a Grand Prix), ADDY, Clio, Webby, Pencils. and One Show awards. Additionally, he has won one Emmy.

Beyond the award-winning creative work, his passion in recent years has been marketing operations. Eric has set up new teams and restructured organizations from five to over 50 people. He focuses on project management efficiencies that allow teams to more easily cross-pollinate. 

Eric has worked with some of the world's most prestigious brands including Airbnb, Samsung, Klarna, TikTok, Volkswagen, TIME, CrossCountry Mortgage, Old Navy, CAA, Mattel, GM, Nissan, MoMA, Mazda, Doner, and TBWA\Chiat\Day.

 

He earned his MBA from the University of Maryland's Smith School of Business and a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration and Marketing from Pepperdine University.
