CCM Marekting Operations

Coming into CrossCountry Mortgage there was no project management team or system to easily assign, track and create new work. The entire system had to be rethought, built, and rolled out. A few things had to occur:

• Created a project management team

• Implemented a project management system that could work with over 25,000 jobs a year

• Created a creative operation playbook that included how-to guides, briefs, and processes for tier 1-3 projects

• Implemented an IMT to manage workloads and share work cross-functionally

• Created a product marketing department

• Created an offshore office o help manage workloads and reduce costs

• Continue to learn, adapt and apply what's working what's not working
