TIME Internal Agency
Created a new organizational structure, realigned teams, and developed a brand marketing sensibility for the entire marketing team. I developed new revenue streams and marketing opportunities for the TIME brand and created an internal agency that was adopted by the larger Time Inc company.
This increased the native business by 200% in the first three months of creating the new team and put the company on track for an overall 300% increase for 2016.
Beyond that, I realigned the Integrated Marketing and Creative Services teams and created a nimbler approach to creativity that resulted in a more dynamic and efficient process.
